Prepare the Equipment
Securely pack your Speediance unit and all included accessories in the original packaging to prevent damage during transit and ensure a full refund.
Schedule a Pickup
Once your return is authorized, we will assist in coordinating a professional freight pickup for your smart gym equipment at a time that fits your schedule.
Inspection and Refund
After our technicians inspect the returned unit at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
